In Vitro Wound
Healing Analysis

Our biotechnology laboratory is equipped with a fluorescence-inverted microscope for imaging services. We also perform in vitro wound healing analyses and mycoplasma analyses using DAPI staining via imaging techniques.

Flow Cytometry Analyses

Our flow cytometer, designed to analyze the properties of cells in a flowing liquid, enables us to perform apoptosis and macrophage polarization analyses. Apoptosis analyses are conducted using FITC Annexin V/PI stains, while macrophage polarization is analyzed by marking surface markers.

Protein Analysis

Protein quantification is performed using the BCA (bicinchoninic acid) reagent kit to determine the total protein content.

ELISA

ELISA is used to quantify antibodies and cytokines in blood serum and in vitro samples after analysis.

Cytotoxicity Analyses

Cytotoxicity tests are performed using the MTT method. The principle of the MTT test is based on the colorimetric analysis of mitochondrial reductase activity in living cells. It involves the reduction of tetrazolium salts in the mitochondria of living cells, resulting in the formation of formazan crystals, which produce a color change detectable by colorimetric measurement.
